Food for the mind and body

The Base menu offering is crafted to include a diverse array of wholesome, nutrient-rich dishes that cater to various dietary preferences and needs, in line with the WELL Standard's concept of Nourishment. From seasonal salads using only the freshest local produce to hearty daily specials prioritising plant-based recipes.

We strive to prioritise locally-sourced ingredients, creating partnerships with local suppliers who are part of our Northern Larder to help reduce our carbon footprint and also ensure freshness in our produce. Some of our suppliers include Neighbourhood Coffee and Brew Tea.

We also encourage hydration, which is why we offer a station for refreshing infused waters as well as having a range of herbal teas, natural soft drinks and health shots.

Nourishment goes beyond what's on the plate; it's about creating a sense of community and educating guests to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

We regularly run community events to bring together people and provide a space where they can unwind and relax, while enjoying fresh, homemade food.

Celebrating South Asian Heritage Month Through Food

This South Asian Heritage Month, our kitchen team took us on a culinary journey through the flavours of Bhutan and Nepal, creating two special dishes that truly showcased the richness of the region’s food culture.

First up was Nepalese Beef Khutta Curry, featuring spiced beef simmered in a fragrant curry sauce. This hearty and warming dish was brought to life in our kitchen by Chef Lloyd, who also filmed a step-by-step guide so you can recreate it at home.

Then we had Ema Datshi, a vibrant vegetarian dish from Bhutan made with chillies and cheese. Known as the country’s national dish, it’s a comforting yet fiery favourite that captures Bhutan’s unique approach to flavour.

South Asian Heritage Month, which runs from 18 July to 17 August, is a time to celebrate the diverse cultures, traditions, and communities across South Asia – including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Food plays an important role in this celebration, offering a delicious way to connect with heritage, history, and shared experiences.
