In-house audio visual services and next-generation technology
The audio-visual technology at Spaces at The Spine is next-generation and provides reliable, secure, high-performance connectivity to create an engaging, highly professional setting for your event.
Equipment is built into our rooms, so there is no need for additional installation, and our AV system runs over a network, transmitting anywhere in the building and to multiple spaces to suit your individual requirements.
The expert on-site team at Spaces at The Spine will work with you to discuss your specific AV needs and plan the right package for you – our technicians are all highly experienced in events, so you’ll have the reassurance of knowing we’ll take care of everything!
A range of comprehensive AV and media service packages will help you to present engaging content and achieve your desired result:
All packages can be enhanced with additional lighting, branding and filming options. Please enquire to find out more about what is available.
Screens in lobbies, social networking areas and the Wolfson Virtual Theatre, our video wall located on Floor twelve, allow for full personalised branding and regularly changing content. The video wall can also be used as a social media wall, meaning that attendees can scan a QR code, take a photo during an your event and display it in the matter of seconds.
Our technology gives us the flexibility to host live, virtual and hybrid conferences and events, as well as offering remote, live and post-production services, including green screen and studio solutions. Cameras are built into every space so we are able to record video and audio which can be edited post-event by our in-house editors. In a world where flexibility and connectivity matter, find out why Spaces at The Spine is future-ready here.
All conference spaces are equipped with an app-based assistive hearing system, Mobile Connect. The audience can access this service by scanning a QR code on their smartphone and selecting the audio feed they wish to listen to. By using their device with headphones, the user can adjust the volume to a comfortable level that suits them.
More accessibility features at our venue can be found on our Accessibility page.
We can provide the conference interpreting equipment required for an interpreter to perform the translation in a quiet space. The technical setup would normally consist of a microphone, headphones and video monitor.
“As we have now moved into an era where hybrid events have become the norm, Spaces at The Spine is the most capable venue to deal with these requests, given not only the technology on offer but also the venue's AV experts in charge of the operational aspect.”
