Wolfson Lecture Theatre

The Wolfson Lecture Theatre is a contemporary hybrid Harvard-style lecture theatre for up to 55 delegates. Located on Floor twelve, this space benefits from natural light and double-aspect panoramic views across Liverpool. 

The lecture theatre is one of our most unique and advanced technological spaces.

Some of its most remarkable features include:

• An electric height-adjustable teaching desk, which allows educators to teach seated or standing. Power, data and video connectivity are conveniently provided on the teaching desk for plugging in devices to present from
• A professional 4K camera visualiser, also available on the teaching desk, allows educators to present documents or objects to the audience with excellent zoom capabilities to capture in-depth details
• A selection of wireless microphones, with the addition of ceiling microphones to capture audio from the audience. Ceiling speakers and programme speakers provide uniform audio coverage throughout the space
• Assistive listening available via the Mobile Connect app to provide crystal clear audio to delegates' personal devices
• Dual 98" high-definition interactive screens with four 43" ceiling repeater screens to ensure the audience has clear unobstructed views of on-screen content. On either side of the 98" screens are whiteboards with cameras to capture information written on the whiteboards
• To simplify and enable hybrid events, presentations and workshops, front and rear PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras capture the presenter/lecture.
• Seamless integration with Microsoft Teams or Zoom, allowing for remote participants to see and hear what is being presented in the room. Recording and streaming facilities and post-event recordings are also available for larger audiences
