To minimise our carbon footprint, wherever possible we source from small, local specialists and support fair trade wholeheartedly. To reinforce our sustainability commitment, we have created our own ‘Northern Larder’ – a network of trusted producers and suppliers in the region who we work with.
The Day Delegate catering package at Spaces at The Spine is designed to fuel your guests to keep them energised, fresh and engaged throughout the day.
It includes three refreshment breaks and a hot fork buffet lunch, as well as all-day grazing including a selection of teas by Brew Tea, coffee by Neighbourhood Coffee, and seasonal fruit infusions and water for your attendees to enjoy whenever they need a top-up.
